Our Story

Sweet Cottage began at home, long before it became a business. Leen, our founder, has always loved baking and making sweets for the people around her. Whenever guests came over, she would prepare something special - brownies, cookies, cakes, petit four, or her signature lazy cake. It became her favourite way of welcoming people: warm, thoughtful, and made with care.

Over time, the same thing kept happening. Guests would ask for the recipe, then they started asking something else - “Can you make this again for my family?” “Can I order a box for an event?” “Can I buy this for a gift?” What started as a simple habit at home turned into regular requests, then repeat customers, and soon, a real opportunity.

Leen decided to build Sweet Cottage around what she values most: freshness, consistency, and quality you can taste.
